A Wise Woman Once Said is a tribute to the women who have shaped my journey as an artist—mentors and guiding forces who, out of pure generosity, extended opportunities and support that I could never fully repay. This exhibition, held in honor of Women’s History Month, celebrates the power of women uplifting other women, passing down knowledge, and opening doors for the next generation.

Each artist in this show has played a pivotal role in my growth, offering mentorship, encouragement, and invaluable opportunities during my time in graduate school and the early stages of my career. A Wise Woman Once Said is both a thank you and a testament to the profound impact of women supporting women, an ongoing legacy of wisdom, generosity, and strength.
